1. No Doxxing

Do not post personally identifying information about anyone, including but not limited to:

  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Social media accounts
  • Photos of individuals without consent
  • Bar numbers or license information that could identify someone

2. No Confidential Client Information

Do not post any information that could identify clients or breach attorney-client privilege:

  • Client names or identifying details
  • Case numbers or docket information
  • Confidential case details or strategies
  • Settlement amounts tied to identifiable parties
  • Any information covered by attorney-client privilege

3. No Pornography or Explicit Content

This is a professional forum. Do not post:

  • Sexually explicit images or videos
  • Pornographic content of any kind
  • Graphic sexual descriptions

4. No Illegal Content

Do not post content that is illegal under U.S. law, including:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Credible threats of violence
  • Content that facilitates illegal activity
  • Copyright-infringing material

5. No Harassment

While venting is allowed, targeted harassment is not:

  • Coordinated harassment campaigns
  • Encouraging others to harass individuals
  • Repeated targeting of specific individuals

6. Content Moderation

We use automated systems and community reporting to moderate content. Posts may be automatically hidden or flagged for review. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

7. Anonymity

While we provide anonymous posting, we may cooperate with law enforcement when required by law. Do not assume complete anonymity protects you from legal consequences for illegal content.
